1. Do I need to have run an ultra before working with you?

Not at all. Many of my athletes are training for their first ultra. My coaching meets you where you are and builds you up safely and progressively.

2. I have a very busy schedule — can I still train for an ultra?

Yes. I specialise in coaching busy runners who juggle work, family, and limited training windows. Your plan is built around the time you do have, using my 3 Pillar Blueprint to maximise the quality of each session.

3. What’s included in your coaching packages?

Each tier provides different levels of support such as personalised training plans, nutrition guidance, mental resilience coaching, check-ins, race strategy creation, and advanced progress tracking. You can view a full breakdown on the Coaching Packages page.

4. What is the 3 Pillar Blueprint?

It’s my coaching framework built around the three essentials of ultra running:
Aerobic Conditioning
Endurance Nutrition
Mental Resilience
It ensures every athlete is prepared physically, nutritionally, and mentally.

5. How do I communicate with you once I start coaching?

All athletes receive structured communication through WhatsApp or email.

6. Do you provide nutrition plans?

Yes — as a qualified Endurance Sports Nutrition Coach and Level 3 Nutritionist, I provide tailored nutrition guidance for training, race-day fuelling, and gut training.

7. Can you help me prepare for a specific race?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a 50K, 50-mile, 100-mile+ or a backyard ultra, I’ll design your training around your chosen event and create a dedicated race strategy plan for your A-goal race (included in the Ultimate tier).

8. What if I get injured or need to pause training?

If you get injured, plans are adjusted to keep you progressing safely while recovering. If you need to pause coaching entirely, we can discuss options depending on your situation.

10. Do you offer one-off plans or is everything monthly?

Coaching is subscription-based because ongoing support delivers the best results. I occasionally offer digital products and guides for those who prefer self-guided training, however I do not offer any fixed training plans.
