How does it work?

Step 1:

To get started you can either book a free consultation call, or contact us through the contact form. We will then go over your goals, previous running experience and how we can best support you to achieving your goals.

Step 2:

From the initial call, I will send over onboarding instructions for you to follow while I create your bespoke training plan on TrainingPeaks based on everything that we have discussed.

Step 3:

Weekly check ins and 24/7 contact allow us to adapt and review your progress so we can constantly give you the best plan that is designed to fit around your life and best achieve your goals.

About Me

I’m Luke, an ultra runner, coach, and nutritionist. With a background in the military and years of experience racing from 50Ks to 100 miles, I’ve learned that success in ultras isn’t just about running, it’s about mastering the 3 Pillars: aerobic conditioning, endurance nutrition, and mental resilience.

This guy is honestly class!!! I have been with a couple different coaches now and I typically found they didn’t put the time in. The nutrition diets they gave me were not very good. Luke has excelled in this with everything he has given me. My running has improved as well as strength and conditioning.
